E-Z Stitch Scroll Frame Set (16'') - Webbing Version

Before the introduction of E-Z Stitch Tape, Webbing Scroll Frames were widely used as the standard scroll frames. These frames required the project fabric to be stitched to the rods. Despite the convenience of E-Z Stitch Tape, many stitchers still prefer the traditional method of using Webbing Frames. The main difference between the two types of frames is that Webbing Frames have fabric attached to the rods, while E-Z Stitch Scroll Frames have Velcro Tape attached.

Each Webbing Scroll Frame Set includes 2 Wood Rods with webbing fabric and bolts already attached, 2 Oak Side Bars, and 4 Oak Knobs. These sets come in various sizes to suit different needs, with the size referring to the length of the scroll rods. The larger the size, the wider the frame will be for the stitching project. Regular Scroll rods are 1/2” in diameter, while Heavy Duty rods are 5/8” or 3/4” in diameter, providing more strength and stability for larger projects.

The sturdy side bars of the frames are made from solid American Red Oak and hand finished with a Natural oil stain, giving them an attractive appearance. The oak knobs are designed to be compatible with any E-Z Stitch Scroll Frame. This versatile scroll frame is suitable for a variety of needlework projects such as cross-stitch, needlepoint, crewel, embroidery, and quilting. It also serves as a furniture-quality frame while you work on your piece.

To use the Webbing Scroll Frame, simply attach your embroidery project fabric to the webbing fabric on the rods either by hand stitching or machine sewing. Assemble the frame and rotate the rods to tighten the fabric for easy stitching. The Webbing version of the 30" scroll frame includes 2 rods, 2 Oak Side Bars, and 4 Oak Knobs. The rods come with webbing fabric already stapled to them, and the side bars are handcrafted from American Red Oak with a natural oil finish. The knobs are compatible with all American Dream Products and E-Z Stitch scroll frame products, making them versatile and easy to use.
