To ensure the best performance, proper surface preparation is essential. Surfaces should be structurally sound, clean, and free of contaminants that may interfere with sealer penetration. The sealer can be applied to slightly damp surfaces, but optimum penetration is achieved on dry substrates. The coverage is up to 250 square feet per gallon per coat, and two coats are recommended for complete coverage.
